How do I get to the apartment from the airport?
You can take a taxi or UBER from the airport, or we can arrange a transfer with a Czech speaking driver. Prices for one way are around EUR 25
How far is the apartment from the beach?
The apartment is located just 200 meters (3-minute walk) from Playa Levante, one of the best beaches in Santa Pola.
Is there a elevator in the building?
No, the apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator. The reward for the extra steps is peace and beautiful view of the sea.
How many people can stay in the apartment?
The apartment is suitable for 6 to 8 people. There are three bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Can I rent just one bedroom?
No, we only rent the entire apartment.
Is there Wi-Fi in the apartment?
Yes, there is free high-speed fiber optic internet, ideal for working remotely.
What equipment does the kitchen have?
The kitchen is fully equipped – you will find refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and the necessary utensils.
Are towels and bed linen provided in the apartment or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, clean towels and bath towels and bed linen are provided for all guests at no extra charge.
Is there a washing machine in the apartment?
Yes, guests can use a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron.
Is baby cot available?
Yeas, we can prepare a rollaway cot upon request. Please let us know before your arrival so we can prepare it for you.
What parking options are available?
Free public parking is available around the building.
What activities does Santa Pola and the surrounding area offer?
Santa Pola is great for swimming, walking along the coastal promenade, visiting the port and local markets. Families with children will appreciate the aquarium, Pola Park ort the boat trip to Tabarca Island.
What are the shopping and dining options?
Within walking distance, you will find supermarkets (the nearest and largest is within sight of the house), shops and a wide selection of restaurants with seafood, traditional Spanish and international cuisine.
How is the check-in and check-out process?
Check-in is possible from 4pm and check-out until 11am. The keys are handed over in person to the local manager, who will show you around the apartment and will come to inspect and take over the apartment at the end. You will receive precise information and details of the key handover before your arrival.
What is the weather like in Santa Pola throughout the year?
Santa Pola has a typical Mediterranean climate with over 300 sunny days a year. Summers are hot, winters are mild and the sea is suitable for swimming from the beginning of May to the end of October.
How do I get to Tabarca Island?
Boats to Tabarca Islands leave regularly from the port of Santa Pola. The journey takes around 25 minutes and the island has beautiful beaches, restaurants and atmosphere created by its colourful history.
How far are the interesting cities in the area?
Alicante is 20-minute drive away, Elche with its unique palm grove is 25 minutes away, Cartagena with its ancient amphitheatre is 1.5 away and Valencia is approximately 2 hours away. Alternatively, you can try local high-speed trains, you will be in Madrid from Alicante in 2.5 hours.
